Liz Fraley has extensive experience litigating and mediating medical malpractice claims, professional licensing claims, business and commercial disputes, partnership dissolution, employment disputes, legal malpractice claims, products liability claims, premises liability claims, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and appearing on behalf of professionals before licensing boards. Fraley is of counsel with the Firm.

Before joining the Firm, Fraley was a Founding Partner of Fraley & Fraley, L.L.P., which combined with the Firm in 2016.

Fraley joined the faculty of the Baylor Law School as an assistant professor in the Fall of 2015. Fraley teaches in Baylor's renowned Practice Court Program. According to Dean Brad Toben, "Professor Fraley is an accomplished trial lawyer and is an outstanding addition to our Practice Court faculty." Fraley continues her legal practice from Waco and Dallas.

Fraley's primary teaching responsibilities include Practice Court III. This course focuses upon trial and post-trial procedure, summary judgments, as well as trial advocacy topics such as jury selection. Additionally, she assists Professor Jerry Powell, Director of the Practice Court program, in Practice Court II, which focuses upon trial evidence, procedure and advocacy, by teaching trial advocacy skills, including witness examination, opening statements and closing arguments.

Fraley has three children, twins Zach and Alex (24) and Katie (15), and is an avid runner and traveler.
