Since 2008, Andrew has been fortunate to obtain success and appreciative clients by dedicating his legal practice to hard work, a client focused approach, and being responsive to clients and their goals.  Andrew has spent his career serving companies and individuals in civil litigation, business disputes, contract negotiation and drafting, and in providing legal advice with general business matters and strategy.  Most distinctively, Andrew has successfully sat as first chair trial counsel in over 10 civil jury trials.

In 2015, Andrew joined Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC.  Andrew was named Partner in 2016.  Andrew previously worked with a regional law firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was part of a trial team that tried numerous cases to verdict, and also represented clients’ rights and interests in all phases of litigation that often led to early disposition with beneficial Court rulings or favorable settlements.  Since joining Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC, Andrew has continued serving individuals and companies, large and small, with their legal needs and has expanded the areas in which he is able to serve his clients.  Andrew’s experience includes commercial, general, and complex civil litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, business disputes, business strategy, and general business matters, in numerous fields including business law, banking, real estate, personal injury, collections, probate matters, and employee non-compete agreements and employment matters, among others.

Andrew is passionate about working with young businesses and/or new business owners to advise and guide them through their opportunities and the myriad of legal issues involved in new endeavors.

Andrew has been appointed guardian ad litem and/or attorney ad litem in both federal and state courts in Waco.  He has also served as Local Counsel to attorneys or parties seeking assistance in McLennan County or Central Texas.  With years of experience, the convenience of large office space within walking distance from both the federal and state courthouse, and extensive local experience, Andrew and other attorneys at Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson are routinely selected to serve as local counsel to attorneys and parties seeking assistance for state and federal matters in McLennan County or Central Texas.

Andrew Schrader graduated from Baylor University with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship in 2004 and continued his studies at Baylor University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2007.  Andrew and his wife Jessica, a Waco native, reside in Waco with their two children, Victoria and Grant.  Outside the practice of law, Andrew enjoys attending Baylor sporting events, snow skiing, hiking, being involved in the community, and spending time with his family.
