“Legal Eagles Panel: Ask the Experts”

On October 13, 2009, Rick Brophy participated on a legal panel along side five other top banking lawyers in Texas before the Independent Bankers Association of Texas at the 2009 Annual Convention held at the Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas.  The legal panel addressed questions concerning the current legal environment.
