Rick Brophy Speaks at Independent Bankers Association of Texas Convention

Rick Brophy recently spoke about banking law issues as part of a panel presentation at the Independent Bankers Association of Texas’ (” IBAT”) annual convention. Rick and his colleagues discussed legal, regulatory, and business challenges and opportunities for community banks in Texas.

Rick has 30 plus years’ experience in representing community banks and other financial institutions. He speaks regularly at IBAT and State Bar of Texas meetings. Rick has served as an adjunct professor at Baylor Law School for 29 years, teaching banking law for 20 years and mergers and acquisitions for the last nine years.
