Rick Brophy is a founding partner of Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, LLP and has significant experience in matters affecting financial institutions, including mergers and acquisitions, holding company formations, S elections, representation before regulatory authorities, loan documentation, loan workouts, commercial and business litigation, lender liability, liability of officers and directors and administrative enforcement proceedings. Mr. Brophy also represents a large number of local businesses in general business matters, handling numerous transactions involving the purchase, sale and reorganization of businesses and also handling related commercial and business litigation.
In addition to serving his clients on legal matters, Mr. Brophy is extensively involved in the local community, currently serving as Chairman of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, President of Waco Rotary Club, President of the Baylor Law Alumni Association and formerly as coach to eight-time Little League Softball World Series Champions.
