Rick Bostwick is a founding partner of Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, LLP and has practiced trial law for 31 years in two states (Washington and Texas), five federal districts, two circuits, and before the United States Supreme Court. He has tried numerous cases, ranging from capital murder on the criminal docket to civil rights (42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VII Whistleblower) product liability, bad faith, toxic exposure, will contest and transactional litigation on the civil docket.
