Jennifer Lindsey has experience representing a variety of businesses and individuals in residential and commerical real estate matters, including loan documentation, the purchase and sale of business entities and complex business transactions.

In addition to serving clients on legal matters, Ms. Lindsey is serving her second term as the Secretary/Treasurer to the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and serves as a director for The G.H. Pape Foundation and the Heart of Texas Business Resource Center.  Ms. Lindsey is also an active member of the Junior League of Waco.
