Melissa Wray joined the firm in 2009. She maintains a diverse litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in toxic tort, personal injury, premises liability, commercial, insurance coverage, insurance defense, and employment litigation. She also advises clients on potential liability, contractual matters, employee benefits questions, and other business issues.
Prior to joining Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick Dickson & Squires, LLP, Ms. Wray, who is originally from Waco, was associated with the Houston office of Gardere Wynne Sewell, LLP and the Austin office of Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, LLP. At those firms, Ms. Wray's broad litigation experience included national representation of corporate defendants in the defense of toxic tort matters, inlcuding asbestos, silica, and diet drug cases and involving serious diseases including mesothelioma and other cancers.
