Overview
Rick Bostwick is a founding partner of Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC and has practiced trial and employment law for 48 years in two states (Washington and Texas), five federal districts, two circuits, and before the United States Supreme Court. He has tried well over 100 cases, ranging from capital murder on the criminal docket to civil cases involving civil rights (42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VII, Whistleblower) product liability, bad faith, toxic exposure, will contest, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, serious personal injury, wrongful death, merger and acquisition agreements, franchise agreements, non-competition agreements, wrongful discharge, deceptive trade practice and transactional litigation on the civil docket.
