
AndyPattillo
Andy Pattillo graduated from Baylor University in 2010 with a degree in finance. He then worked as a corporate auditor for approximately three years before attending law school. Andy attended Baylor University Law School where he was the senior technical editor for the Baylor Law Review, and he graduated summa cum laude in 2016 with a juris doctor degree.
Andy has a broad legal practice with focus areas in real estate, construction, business, finance and bankruptcy. He handles sophisticated business transactions and complex commercial litigation. Andy is triple board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of commercial real estate, farm & ranch real estate, and residential real estate.
Andy has authored several articles on topics such as foreclosures, evictions, legal descriptions, deeds, surveys, and late fees. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching real estate finance at the Baylor Law School and teaching business law in the Baylor Masters of Accounting program.
Andy is a member of the Texas State Bar, and he is admitted to practice in each of the Texas Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western district federal courts, and the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He also serves as a board member for the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust law (REPTL) section of the State Bar of Texas.
Andy met his wife Ryan at Baylor, and they married in 2012. They have two children, Evy and Drew. Andy is active in the Waco community, and has served or is currently serving as a board member on the City of Waco Building Standards Commission, as a board member for the Stillwell Retirement Residence, as a lector for his church St. Albans Episcopal, and as a mentor for local students through the Mentoring Alliance. He also enjoys coaching his children in team sports.
