Overview
Prior to joining Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC, Gail Peek held the position as in-house counsel for Wilsonart International, Inc., part of a Fortune 500 Company. While at Wilsonart, Ms. Peek served as vice president and general counsel from 1993 to 2005. Ms. Peek has also practiced bankruptcy law and commercial litigation at Kirkland & Ellis, a premier Chicago law firm.
Ms. Peek’s legal experience includes general business counseling, employment law, commercial litigation, international and domestic acquisitions and divestitures, and antitrust law.
