Julia Jurgensen, a member of the Firm, is a Waco native and joined the firm in 2006.  Ms. Jurgensen has experience representing a variety of businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation cases including commercial contract disputes, construction disputes and tort claims. Ms. Jurgensen’s current practice focuses on construction contract negotation and consulting, construction disputes and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC, Ms. Jurgensen practiced law at Williams Kherkher LLP in Houston, Texas. At Williams Kherkher, Ms. Jurgensen’s practice focused on representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and product liability cases.

Julia, her husband Josh and their three children reside in Waco.
