Kimberly Cormier is an experienced trial attorney with over twenty years of experience representing healthcare professionals and healthcare practices in health law related litigation and medical malpractice cases. She handles a diverse docket of medical negligence defense, healthcare, business, and administrative cases in both State and Federal courts, and consistently achieves favorable outcomes for her clients. A significant part of her practice involves representing physicians, healthcare professionals, and mental health professionals before the Texas Medical Board, Texas Board of Nursing, and all Texas licensing boards, as well as in compliance and administrative matters, including audits and investigations by CMS, OIG, AG, OCR and the DOJ. She also represents clients in contract and employment matters related to their medical practice.
Kimberly is also an experienced mediator specializing in general litigation.
Kimberly, her husband, Philip, and their two daughters reside in Dallas. She enjoys tennis, pickleball, travel, reading, and spending time with her family.
